Today was our second CC community day. First thing we did was meet the other kids in the gym for a pickup game of soccer. Thomas was so excited to join in. He has been talking about it all week since he saw them playing last week.
I got to go to class with Thomas this week. Here is his tutor Miss Hong introducing the geography work.
Thomas's presentation was about the plants we grew from seeds.
We did two science experiments today. The first was blowing up a plastic bag to see if it would float. The second experiment was stretching a string and then taking turns plucking the string to see how a spider uses vibration to sense if there is prey stuck to their web.
The art lesson was about mirror image and symmetry.
Thomas's favorite part of class is playing four corners to review their memory work.
At home the boys both did a page out of their handwriting notebooks.
