Thomas got over his life-long aversion to band-aids today. He was annoyed that a week-old scab on his knee kept getting caught on his shorts. I suggested that a band-aid would protect it and he cautiously agreed to let me put one on him.
Jacob saw what was going on and needed a band-aid, too - for the imaginary boo boo on his knee.
Both boys spent the better part of the day pulling their band-aids off and sticking them back on different parts of their bodies.
We played in the back yard for a little while and then on starfall.com for an hour or so.
After dinner, Thomas and I colored some worksheets with his new markers, until he figure out how to hook all the markers together end to end, then that is all he wanted to do.
