We read all of the short stories and skimmed through the larger books. The boys really enjoyed seeing the pictures of the flags from around the world. It was also a great color review for Jacob.
I attached the flag that Thomas painted yesterday to the stick. He insisted that I put it in the middle of the stick. Then he carried it all over the house holding it out sideways in front of himself with one had at each end, like a parade banner.
We also had fun coloring American flag coloring pages.
