We had workers scheduled to be at our house all day to clean and upgrade our air conditioning vents so Ryan helped me straighten up the house last night before bed. I started off the day with a clean house, purposely avoided cooking any complicated meals and had plenty of activities planned to keep us occupied. Thomas and I got to explore a new online school we are trying out - www.Time4Learning.com - so far so good!
We also spent more time than usual reading books and even played in the backyard for a couple hours. This was a nice reminder that I tend to get too wrapped up in my daily chores and need to remember to "schedule" more time to spend working one-on-one with the boys!
